YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF.

BY PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE AT BALICIGARETTES.COM YOU ENTER A PURCHASE CONTRACT AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. YOU ARE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
  2. YOU HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE AUTHORITIES THAT THE PURCHASE OF CIGARETTES ONLINE THROUGH US DO NOT VIOLATE THE LAWS APPLICABLE IN YOUR REGION, STATE OR COUNTRY, AND YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE OF ANY FORM OF LAWSUITS OR FINES WHICH MAY OCCURRED AS A RESULT OF SUCH VIOLATIONS.
  3. BALICIGARETTES.COM AND ALL EMPLOYEES ARE EXEMPT FROM ANY FORM OF LAWSUITS OR FINES AS A RESULT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE BUYER TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS #2 ABOVE. ANY FORM OF LAWSUITS AND FINES THAT OCCUR ENTIRELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
  4. YOU SHALL BEAR FOR (IF ANY) CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES OR OTHER CHARGES THAT MAY OCCURRED IN THE REGION, STATE OR COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.

  1. The products offered on this website are GENUINE with high standard and are LEGAL products with affordable prices. All of the products are purchased in bulk quantities directly from the manufacturers or their appointed distributors in Indonesia.
  2. All cigarette packs or cartons are properly marked and labeled by the corresponding cigarette companies.
  3. Balicigarettes.com can not be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
  4. The availability of the products displayed on website subject to change without prior notice.
  5. The majority of products offered on our website are in stock and available to ship to the customer within 3 business days of receipt of full payment.
  6. In the case the product you have purchased is out of stock, we will inform you immediately. We will do our best to make the product available to you as soon as possible, and will inform you with an estimated delivery time. 
  7. In some rare cases, a certain product may discontinue. Where this is the case and you have already paid, we will refund your payment in full.

PRICES

  1. Our prices are available in SGD, AUD, CAD, USD, Euro and Pound Sterling/GBP. You should make sure to choose the appropriate currency prior purchasing anything.
  2. The prices shown on the website are prices of the product only, excluded shipping cost, import duties or other charges may occur at destination country.
  3. All prices listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. 
  4. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and shipping cost which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, or error on shipping cost, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct cost or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

PAYMENT

  1. You agree to immediately make payment for purchase order has been made within 3 days. We have the right to cancel any purchase order with no certainty of payment.
  2. Payment of the total purchase including shipping cost must be made in full before we ship your goods.
  3. The amount on invoice is the net amount to be received, make sure you pay all fees to send the money.
  4. Payment methods available: Western Union, Money Gram and Bank Transfer. 

CANCELLATION

  1. Cancellation by the buyer: The buyer may cancel an order that has been confirmed, or payment that has been paid with a maximum time limit of 2 hours. However, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. No cancellations are accepted after the deadline given above!
  2. Cancellation by us: For any reason we may cancel an order that has been confirmed or has been paid. In this case, we will make a full refund.

DELIVERY

  1. We ship your order within 3 business days after receiving a full payment for product and shipping.
  2. We ship your order directly from Bali using Express Shipping (EMS) and Registered Airmail for Free Shipping. The delivery time will take 7-14 days for Express Shipping, and 14-21 days for Registered Airmail. Delivery time may vary depending on the country and the city you live in. The Free Shipping (using Registered Airmail) to Australia may take up to 10 weeks!
  3. There are restrictions for cigarettes shipment with maximum one carton per shipment. If you order more than one carton we will split them into few shipments.
  4. We have a very professional packaging and shipping team who makes every effort to prevent shipping damage and to ensure the goods arrive in a safe condition.
  5. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and prior to committing the order.
  6. Shipping cost includes insurance provided by post office. The customer is required to check carefully when the package arrives to ensure the goods arrive in a safe condition before signing a receipt for package. Incase of shipping damage please immediately contact your local post office to file a claim to recover lost.
  7. No delivery services shall be available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  8. The customer shall bear for customs duties, taxes or other charges that may occurred in the region, state or country of destination.
  9. The customer is fully responsible for any lost package caused by incorrect address or invalid phone/mobile number that you have provided to us. 
  10. Any shipment does not arrive in 90 days then the package is declared lost. In this case we will send the same package once more.
  11. The buyer is required to inform us when the package is received.
  12. In some countries, for your first shipment, the customs may hold your package a bit longer. For customers who experienced this please be patient.
  13. We continue monitoring the recent delivery status until the package is received by the buyer.
  14. The delivery of package requires the signature of the recipient. In case no one was home, the postman will leave a notice asking you to take the package to designated post office within 10 days. If the package is not taken within 10 days then it will be returned. No refund for returned packages caused by the buyer failed doing so.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
100% customer satisfaction is what we strive for. It is our goal to make your shopping experience with us a positive one by offering you only GENUINE cigarettes which are bought directly from the manufacturers or their agents. 
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from us then you have the right to return all or some of the products purchased subject to the following procedures, terms and conditions below:

  1. The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within 3 days of receipt if the goods are damaged.
  2. For defective product, the customer will be given a choice of either a full refund less the shipping cost, or a replacement with a same or different product of equal or lesser value at our expense.
  3. Before returning the goods you are required to contact us for Return Authorization. We can not accept return shipments without prior authorization.
  4. The product must be delivered back to us unused in single delivery and have to be in their original packaging.
  5. The shipping cost of returned product will be at the customer’s expense to get it to the address provided by us within 7 days from the date of receiving the products.

  7. No refunds for returned package caused by:
    - The buyer failed to pay import duties or other charges if applied by customs in the destination country.
    - The shipping address or telephone number provided by the buyer was incorrect.
    - The buyer failed to pick up the package at the post office within the limits specified time in the postman notice.
