REFUND & RETURN POLICY

It is our goal to make your shopping experience with us a positive one by offering you only GENUINE cigarettes which are bought directly from the manufacturers or their agents. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from us then you have the right to return all or some of the products purchased subject to the following procedures, terms and conditions below:
- The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within 3 days of receipt if the goods are damaged.
- For defective product, the customer will be given a choice of either a full refund less the shipping cost, or a replacement with a same or different product of equal or lesser value at our expense.
- Before returning the goods you are required to contact us for Return Authorization. We can not accept return shipments without prior authorization.
- The product must be delivered back to us unused in single delivery and have to be in their original packaging.
- The shipping cost of returned product will be at the customer’s expense to get it to the address provided by us within 7 days from the date of receiving the products.
- Balicigarettes.com can not be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
- No refunds for returned package caused by:
- The buyer failed to pay import duties or other charges if applied by customs in the destination country.
- The shipping address or telephone number provided by the buyer was incorrect.
- The buyer failed to pick up the package at the post office within the limits specified time in the postman notice.
